PROSECUTION TO WITHDRAW CHARGES FOR ILLEGAL EXPORT CASE

August 2nd, 2021 The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor Office announced that it had withdrawn all charges against Ohkawara Kakohki, stating that the exported spray dryers may not be subject to the export regulations.
We have consistently claimed that accusations were baseless from the very beginning and now account this withdrawal as a full recognition of our innocence.
