New hires will spend between 1 and 3 years after joining the company learning to master devices by conducting drying tests using our spraying and drying devices, and studying the drying characteristics, including physical properties, of various objects subject to drying at our testing department (Fujinomiya).
After that, they are put to work as technical and development technicians.

Several individuals

205,000 to 225,000 yen (excluding allowances)

Commuting allowance (up to 50,000 yen/month)
Housing allowance (20,000 yen/month)
Meal allowance (7,500 yen/month)
Household allowance (10,000 yen/month) *Only in cases where households are involved

Around 4,000 to 8,000 yen annually (April)

Total of four months twice annually (June and December) (based on previous year’s performance)

Headquarters (Yokohama) or the powder technology research laboratory (Fujinomiya, Shizuoka)

Start: 8:55 (lunch break: 12:10 pm to 1:00 pm)
End: 5:30 pm working hoursHours worked7 hours, 45 minutes per day* When working at headquarters

Two days (Saturday and Sunday) each weekend, total of 126 days of annually (FY2019)
